The primary focus of 113Restoration is the Restoration of kol Israel through the restoration of the most basic building block of culture and society: Family. And, more specifically, rebuilding marriage and the man.
Scripture clearly articulates that the ‘sin problem’ stems from Adam (Rom. 5:12-19), and the ‘fix,’ begins with redemption in the Second Adam (Yeshua) and is carried forth through the rebuilding of all ‘Adams’ and their families.
We, at 113Restoration, have focused on marriage and the proper roles of man and woman, and these will continue to be a focus. However, it is necessary to expand our scope to address the broader roles of husband/father and wife/mother. I’ve personally felt the need for this in our fellowship and immediate circle as the Father continues to place GREAT resources in my path that deal with masculinity and its many facets. To that end, some of the fathers and sons in our fellowship are planning a weekend hiking and studying masculinity and the Biblical mandate for dominion. We are taking intentional steps to strengthen the masculinity and sharpen the vision of our sons.
Continue reading “The Epidemic of FatherLESSness”Whether we like or don’t like what the Torah says is immaterial. It is still TRUTH. It is the definition of righteousness.
It is okay to wrestle with it, but in the end we have to make a decision: obey or disobey. We are accountable for every jot and tittle.

The Summit is just about three weeks away! Time is flying and pieces are coming together. Pray Abba brings those HE wants there and that He prepare us to do the work we feel He is leading us into.
We covet your prayers!!
I have noticed before the direct connection of Yeshua’s famous quote, “Come unto Me, all who labor….” and Jeremiah 6:16’s ‘..you shall find rest for your souls,’ but this morning I saw another close connection in Jeremiah 5:5. Here, ‘the way of the Lord’ and ‘ordinances,’ clearly meaning Torah, are described as a ‘yoke’ the people refused.
There is little difference today as the Word of the Lord calls out for obedience to the everlasting Covenant, but people refused, preferring the traditions of men.
Dear followers of Jesus, soften your hearts and cry out for the Living Waters of righteousness, the good way, and walk in it!!!
Y’shua said,
‘Whoever keeps and teaches (the Commandments), he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.’ Matthew 5:19b
We live in a time and culture that elevates all manner of men to be ‘heroes.’ We have movies about ‘super-heroes,’ toys called ‘Rescue Heroes,’ and TV shows about ‘Real Life Heroes.’ We are taught to desire to be heroic, or at least look up to those who are… In most cases, the focus is on the ‘hero’ or his/her ‘powers’ and little if any focus is on the Creator of the Universe.
Scripture has a similar message, but goes a step further and tells us exactly HOW to be ‘heroes’… to use that terminology, while keeping the Creator, YHWH, central in our focus. ‘Keep and teach the commandments.’
There is an even clearer passage that I was recently reminded of that spells out for us a couple ‘titles’ we should strive for.
Those from among you will rebuild the ancient ruins;
You will raise up the age-old foundations;
And you will be called the repairer of the breach, Continue reading “Words I LONG to hear…”
